Shoplifting
March 13th, 2010 by Chronic Consumer
I was looking something up this afternoon, and as often happens on the Internet, one thing led to another until I landed on the Wikipedia page for shoplifting. If you follow that link, you’ll see a number of shoplifting techniques described right on the page. But in reading through them, I can’t help but wonder how they would ever work. I mean, most stores have multiple security cameras that cover every aisle and corner, so how could someone, for example, take a baby stroller out of a box and refill the box with other merchandise without getting noticed (as described on the site)? People who try that kind of thing deserve to get busted!
